The town of Flatonia is making statewide news. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has notified the City of Flatonia that the city is in violation of a state law. According to an article in the Fayette County Record, the City of Flatonia failed to file a timely audit. The Article states that Flatonia is one of 130 Texas Cities in violation of the law.
