On Friday, December 1st at approximately 2:56pm, Schulenburg Officers observed an individual with an active arrest warrant walking in front of The Texan, at 77 & Interstate 10. Officers made contact with the subject in the Dairy Queen parking lot where she was made aware of the Warrant. Once the warrant was confirmed, Regina Ornales (51), of Schulenburg, was arrested on the Warrant charging her with Debt Card/ Credit Card Abuse of the Elderly. She was transported to the Dan R. Beck Justice Center.
