Schulenburg Police in Search of Subject

Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of N. Main St. reference attempted burglary of a vehicle. Home Owners Confronted the suspect and he fled on foot north on Herder Ave. At approximately 2:46am Officers were dispatched to Schulenburg RV Park in reference to a stolen vehicle.
The owner reported the vehicle is a gray Dodge Dually with a Grill Guard and headache rack bearing TX License Plate 7NWRS. The truck has a dent in the left rear fender.
At approximately 3:21am Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Russek St reference to a burglary of a vehicle with multiple stolen firearms. The owner advised he came outside due to his vehicle alarm going off and he observed a vehicle matching the description of the stolen truck heading east on Eilers St. Suspect is believed to be a black male wearing a black hoodie, grey sweatpants and gloves.
