Overnight Arrest in Schulenburg

On Tuesday, October 3, at approximately 12:31am, Officers responded to a residence in the 600 block of South St. for a report of a disturbance. Officers arrived and spoke with the caller who reported she and her boyfriend got into an argument leading to her boyfriend attempting to assault her.
Officers learned she attempted to call 911, but her boyfriend took her phone away so she ran to a neighbors to call. A 25 year old Schulenburg Man was arrested for Interfere with Emergency Request for Assistance, then transported to the Dan R. Beck Justice Center.
