DOUGLAS BLAHA AGE 76 OF GIDDINGS

A memorial service is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 6, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Pin Oak. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday, November 6, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. at Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings. The family will be present for visitation on Thursday, November 5, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a rosary being recited at 6:00 p.m.

Douglas is survived by his wife, Linda Blaha of Giddings; his children, Joseph of Giddings, Keith of La Grange, Michelle and spouse Chris of Giddings, Stacy and husband Jesse of Georgia; 6 grandchildren; Sister, Sandra of La Grange; mother-in-law, Mildred Darsey of Giddings; aunt, Kathryn Wesselski of Ganado; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and family friend Lenora.
