Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 1st from 5-8pm at Brenham Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 2nd at 11am at Brenham Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Florida Chapel Cemetery in Round Top.

 He is survived by Jim; three brothers, Ludwig, David, and Chris DeRidder and their respective families, all living in South Africa; sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Jerry Burris of Beaumont, and their respective families.
