Graveside service are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 7, at the Giddings City Cemetery in Giddings, Texas. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 6, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. at Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings.

Alene is survived by her daughter, Patricia and husband Mike Butler of Round Rock; 4 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.
