Nuisance Mosquitos in LaGrange

The City of La Grange will be addressing nuisance mosquitos by spraying during the late evening hours (after 9pm) the 1st and 2nd week of June, weather dependent, in the city limits of La Grange. They are asking any homeowners that have bee hives, which would be sensitive to the spray, that wish to not have their yard sprayed for nuisance mosquitos to contact La Grange Utilities as soon as possible at 979-968-3127 to provide their home address and phone number.
City crews will spray from the streets only; they will not come into any yards. Although spray is not harmful to humans or animals, they encourage everyone to stay indoors while evening spraying occurs.
