On Sunday, January 8th around 12:15pm a controlled burn out got out of hand on Highway 21. The Lincoln Fire Department was on scene quickly to put it out. Chief Spencer Schneider was out on the scene. Only a few acres were burned thanks to the quick action of the Fire Department and their equipment.
