According to Fayette County Sheriff, Keith Korenek, On Saturday December 17 at approximately 10:50pm, Sgt. Ryan Meagher stopped a 2008 Lincoln MKZ for multiple traffic infractions near Schulenburg. Meagher observed numerous indicators the driver was intoxicated. Meagher conducted Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. The Driver identified as Sean Ibarra (51) of Houston, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.
