In Weimar, recently officer Trench conducted a traffic stop of a 2011 Chevrolet Cruz in the 100 block of Townsend Dr. It was later determined the driver did not have a drivers license, Trench informed the driver that an inventory search was going to be conducted and his vehicle towed. The Driver identified as Paul Herrera of Houston, then admitted to there being a meth pipe in his vehicle and handed it over to Officer Trent. A probable cause search was conducted reviling Marijuana and methamphetamine. The Driver was arrested for possession of marijuana and methamphetamines.
