Indictments were recently handed down in Giddings. 24 year old Misty Ann Disman of Smithville was indicted for possession of a controlled substance. 29 year old Austin James Mattocks of Giddings was indicted for Terroristic Threats. 17 year old Kevin Flores of Giddings was indicted for assault of a public servant. Also, 27 year old Miranda Kaylee Boriak of Giddings was placed on 2 years probation for possession of a controlled substance. This action took place at the Lee County Courthouse in Giddings.
