Traffic Stop in Schulenburg leads to Arrest

According to the Schulenburg Police Department on Saturday, May 4th, at approximately 8:16pm, Schulenburg Officers conducted a traffic stop on a white in color box truck for a traffic violation. While Speaking with the driver, Officers smelled Marijuana coming from the vehicle. Due to the odor a probable cause search was conducted. During the search, Officers located a usable amount of Marijuana and a loaded handgun, It was also learned the driver was a gang member. Quincy Moss (32), of Houston, was arrested for the following charges,
-Possession of a Firearm
-Possession of Marijuana
-Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon.
