3 Month Narcotics Trafficking Case in Bastrop County

A Three Month Long investigation regarding narcotics trafficking in the Rosanky Area, Investigators with the Bastrop County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant on Wednesday, January 10th at a residence near FM 535 and High Street. S search of the residence revealed approximately 12 ounces of methamphetamine, 5lbs of Marijuana, 600 grams of Promethazine, liquid THC, THC Edibles and black tar heroin, all packaged for sale. Along with the Narcotics, firearms, one of which was reported stolen from North Carolina, narcotics packaging material and large amount of US Currency.
Investigators arrested Sammy Garcia (27) for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Jimmy Martinez Jr. (28) for Possession of Marijuana, Linda Garcia (44) for Possession of Marijuana, and Elida Garcia (23) for possession of Marijuana.
