Sentences were recently handed down in Giddings. 18 year old Felix Tamez of Giddings was given a 4 year Sentence in Prison for taking a weapon from an Officer. 46 Year old Ricky Potter of Giddings was placed on 10 years Probation, fined $500 and ordered to perform 100 hours of Community Service for charge of Violence against a Family Member. The Sentences were handed down at the Lee County Courthouse in Giddings.
