On Wednesday, August 30th, Schulenburg Police Officers conducted a traffic stop on IH-10 eastbound near Schulenburg for a traffic violation. While Speaking with the occupants, Officers smelled an odor of Marijuana coming from the vehicle. Officers spoke with the driver who stated there would be Marijuana and THC vape pens and approximately 1.8 ounces of Marijuana was located throughout the vehicle. Andrew Infante (21) of Houston, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana then transported to the Dan R. Beck Justice Center.
