Over Night Narcotics Arrest

On Tuesday, August 29th at approximately 10:30pm, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of Heinrich Ave for multiple traffic violations.
After speaking with the driver and sole occupant, Officers had reasonable suspicion to believe the driver had provided false identifying information and may be in possession of narcotics.
Consent to search the vehicle was requested and granted. The search resulted in the discovery of Methamphetamine concealed in a storage compartment within the vehicle. The drivers true name and DOB were also discovered.
Raymond Burgas (56), was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1<1G and Fail to Identify Giving False/Ficticious info then transported to the Dan R. Beck Justice Center.
