City Manager of Giddings gives us an update of the water well being down

The City of Giddings and it's residents continue to conserve water due to one of the city's well being down. City Manager, Spencer Schneider gives us an update of the situation. Interviewed on August 9th

Mr. Schneider said "the new well could be up and running at the end of September or first week of October. "
