Recently, a Flatonia Officer on duty observed a vehicle with multiple violations. Upon stopping the vehicle the officer recognized the odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted . Marijuana, THC pre-rolled marijuana cigarettes, and a firearm were located. All three occupants were arrested for various offenses including public intoxication, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, tampering with evidence, and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
