Recently, a Hallettsville Police Officer conducted a traffic stop in the 400 Blk E Fourth St for a traffic violation.. After Further investigation, a usable amount of methamphetamine was located inside the vehicle. The adult male (64) of Shiner, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.
