Traffic Stop in Halletsville

On Wednesday, an Hallettsville Police Department Officer Conducted a traffic stop in the 2800 Blk US HWY 77S for a traffic violation. After Further investigation, it was learned that the adult male was a convicted felon and was in possession of a loaded Tec-9 handgun. The Adult Male (45) of Terrell, was arrested for felon in possession of a firearm and was booked to the Lavaca County Jail.
