Assault Arrest in Flatonia

On Monday, June 26th, Flatonia Officers responded to a disturbance. Upon Arrival the officers learned that an individual had been assaulted by another party who had left the scene and returned to their residence. Simultaneously, Fayette County Dispatch Advised Officers that the suspect had called 911 to inform them of the altercation. When Officers arrived at the suspect's residence the suspect stated that they assaulted the other individual, which led to their arrest for Assault Causes Bodily Injury and was transported to the Dan R. Beck Jail
