Organized Theft stopped near Schulenburg

On Sunday, February 22, at approximately 4:35 pm, Officers stopped a white Honda SUV on IH-10 eastbound 674 for multiple traffic offenses, near Schulenburg.
While speaking with the occupants, Officers developed probable cause to search the vehicle. During the search, a usable amount of marijuana was located along with multiple trash bags full of clothing and LEGO sets. Closer inspection of the clothing showed the majority of them still had the security sensors attached.
After a full search of the vehicle, more than $10,000 in stolen products was recovered.
All 3 occupants were arrested and transported to the Fayette County Jail for booking on the following charges:
Aaron Gutierrez (37) of Houston - Organized Retail Theft
Victoria Salinas (32) of Houston - Organized Retail Theft
Gabriel Mendez, Jr (24) of Houston- Organized Retail Theft and possession of Marijuana.
