Stolen Vehicle recovered in Schulenburg

On Monday, January 19, at approximately 2:32 pm, Schulenburg Officers were alerted to a stolen Cadillac CTS traveling eastbound on IH-10.
At approximately 3:25 pm, Officers observed the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. The driver was detained and the vehicle was confirmed as stolen out of Harris County. A probable cause search of the vehicle yielded 2 packages of Marijuana. The driver also showed to have multiple warrants for his arrest through Bexar County.
Brandon McCaskill (31), of San Antonio, was arrested for the following charges then transported to the Fayette County Jail.
