Intoxication Arrest in Schulenburg

Recently, at approximately 12:45am, Officers were dispatched to Pilot in reference to two male subjects inside the store who appeared to be intoxicated. The manager advised the subjects became angry when they told them they could not purchase beer.
Officers made contact with the two males, and they displayed multiple signs of intoxication including slurred speech. One of the subjects had merchandise in his pockets.
Due to their level of intoxication and posing a threat to themselves and others, Oscar Balderas (42), of Jarrell, and Marco Feliciano (21), of Minneapolis, were arrested for Public Intoxication. Both were transported to the Dan R. Beck Justice Center.
