Texas DPS arrests man in connection with threat against Lawmakers

Texas Officials arrested a man Saturday Evening in Connection with a "credible threat" against state lawmakers attending the Democratic-led "No Kings" protest at the state Capitol. In LaGrange a state trooper with the Department of Public Safety detained a man after a traffic stop. The man is now in custody and an investigation is active and ongoing, DPS said in a statement, pledging to "protect individuals exercising their constitutional rights to assemble and free speech."
