Search Warrant in Praha Area

Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek reports that , the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit conducted a Search Warrant on a residence in the 1300 block of FM 1295, in the Praha area.
The Search Warrant yielded evidence of the transportation, use, and sale of narcotics. Approximately 1.5 ounces of Methamphetamine was seized from the residence.
Arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, was 31 year old Dennis Fojtik, of Moulton. Felony charges are pending on 4 other individuals that were located in the residence.
