Indictments were recently handed down in Giddings. 56 year old Randy Riley of Lexington was indicted for possession of child pornography. 51 year old Tonya McCoy of Giddings was indicted for driving while intoxicated, 3rd offense. The indictments were handed down at the Lee County Courthouse in Giddings.
