Narcotics Arrest in Bastrop County
On Friday March 7, 2025, the Bastrop County Narcotics Unit, with assistance from the Bastrop County Special Response Team (SRT), served a narcotics search warrant on Hoffman Road in Bastrop County. During the execution of the search warrant, Investigators seized just under 2 pounds of marijuana, 1,008 grams of THC Vapes, 3,808 grams of THC gummies, 5,515 grams of candy bars infused psilocybin mushrooms, 629 grams of Promethazine, 280 grams of THC butter, 952 grams of THC oil, multiple AR-15 pistols, a 12-gauge shotgun, a Glock .40 handgun, numerous loaded magazines, ammunition, over $30,000 in cash, and a vehicle used for the delivery of narcotics. The estimated street value of the illegal substances seized totals approximately $25,500.The resident, 19-year-old Rusty Davis, was arrested on numerous charges.
