According to the article, the lawsuit has been filed to stop the construction of a battery energy storage facility. The Petition for the Lawsuit reportedly states that there are public concerns about fire or explosions that could result from the Lithium batteries that would be housed on the property. The Lawsuit has been filed by 5 families in the Warda Area that live near the property where the facility would be built.
