Narcotics Arrest in Flatonia

Last Week, Deputy Cody Williams conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction on Interstate 10 near Flatonia, Texas.
Deputy Williams made contact with the operator and a passenger. The passenger was identified as Nicholas Gill (38) of San Antonio.
Deputy Williams conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle.
During the search, a bag of methamphetamine weighing approximately 280 grams was located, along with a small amount of marijuana, a THC pen and small plastic baggies commonly used to distribute narcotics.
Gill was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and was transported to the Dan R. Beck Justice Center and booked in on that charge.
