Sentences handed down in Giddings

Sentences were recently handed down in Giddings. 36 year old David McGaffin of Giddings was ordered to pay a $500 fine and pay court costs and reimbursement fees for charges of illegal dumping.
39 year old Stephanie Westfall of Giddings was charged with Criminal Trespass of a Habitation. She was sentenced to 10 days in the Lee County Jail and fined $500.
