Indictments have recently been handed down in Giddings. 26 year old Luis Ziranda of Giddings was indicted for possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence. 23 year old Nicholas Dehoyosa-Velasquez was indicted for evading arrest with a vehicle. 32 year old Alondra Mitchell of Giddings was indicted for Assault with a deadly weapon. These indictments were handed down at the Lee County Courthouse in Giddings.
