Lee County Arrests Man on Dumping Debris

Yesterday at approximately 3:14pm, Lee County Deputies made contact with an individual at the Texaco Travel Plaza located at 1790 W. Austin St. The individual had been wanted for questioning in reference to illegally dumping miscellaneous debris throughout Lee County.
After making contact with the individual, he decided to flee on foot into the wooded area. A brief foot pursuit ensued and the individual was taken into custody and secured in the Lee County Jail on multiple charges.
