Total Eclipse to Pass Through Central Texas

On Monday, April 8th, a Total Solar Eclipse will cross North America, passing over Mexico, Unites States, and Canada. The Centerline of the eclipse will enter Texas, and the U.S.
The National Weather Service is predicting rain and cloud coverage that could impact the viewing. Fayette County is considered a pass-through county for the eclipse. According to Sheriff Korenek and County Judge Dan Mueller, the Texas Department of Public Safety will have three on duty during the day and as always Fayette County Sheriff's department is available for traffic problems.
