Angela Hahn, Fayette County Emergency Management Coordinator, reports that LaGrange Volunteer Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire Monday afternoon at 1:32pm at Kort's Korner. The initial call indicated the vehicle was up against the building and in danger of catching the building on fire. Our crews and tanker truck responded and extingushed the fire. After inspecting the building, we were able to determine there was no damage to anything but the ice machines in the front," said LaGrange Fire Chief Frank Menefee.
