On Monday, October 9th, a Flatonia Officer observed a Vehicle traveling over the posted speed limit. While speaking with the driver the officer detected the odor of marijuana. A probable cause search was conducted and marijuana was located in the vehicle. The driver was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana.
