On October 8th, at approximately 9:30pm, Officers with the Schulenburg Police Department were dispatched to Lucy Tequilas in reference to a female subject refusing to pay for her meal. Officers arrived on scene and made contact with the subject in her vehicle. The female identified herself as Summer McClure. McClure displayed multiple signs of intoxication. McClure also had active warrants out of Comal County for Violate Promise to Appear for Criminal Trespass and Evading arrest. Summer McClure (45),of Humble, was arrested for Public Intoxication and active warrants out of Comal County.
