Traffic Violation in Hallettsville

Recently, an Hallettsville Police Department officer conducted a Traffic Stop in the 600 Blk W Fairwinds St for a traffic Violation.
While on the traffic stop, a subject in a vehicle pulled up on scene. Further investigation revealed that the adult male who arrived on scene had a loaded pistol on his person and also was in possession of cocaine. The Adult male of Yoakum, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful carry of a weapon. He was booked into the Lavaca County Jail.
