Firemen responded to a Fire Friday Afternoon. The Grass Fire was in the Ledbetter area between Georhring Road and Bell Settlement Road. Firemen from Ledbetter, Carmine and Round-Top responded and put the fire out. About 5 acres were burned. Fayette Co, Emergency Management Coordinator Angela Hahn says the fire began around 4:30 Friday Afternoon and was put out about 6:35.
