On September 6th, Officers with the Schulenburg Police Department received report of an employee stealing money at Oakridge Smokehouse Restaurant. Employees were able to provide Officers with video surveillance footage of the suspect stealing money over a span of a few days. When the suspect was questioned about the missing money, the employee admitted to stealing money from the company and handed Officers the money she had in her pocket. The employee had over $1,000 in her possession and 2 THC vapes. The 25 year old female from Moulton was arrested for Possession of a controlled Substance and Theft.
